Made from 100% solid brass in our Marrakesh workshop, the curved arm and round backplate are left completely raw — no lacquer, no protective coating — so the brass can do what brass does naturally: develop a rich, warm patina shaped by touch, air, and time.

Every hook is cast and finished by hand in our workshop in the Semmarine quarter of the Marrakesh medina. The curved arm profile is shaped individually — each piece carries the subtle variations of handwork that distinguish it from a machine-stamped alternative. The round backplate is turned smooth, drilled, and fitted with a single countersunk screw hole for a clean wall mount.

Care Instructions

Daily: No maintenance needed. The hook develops its patina naturally from contact and environment.

Occasional: Wipe with a dry cloth to remove dust. No polishing required unless you prefer a brighter tone.

If you want more shine: A paste of lemon juice and baking soda, applied gently, rinsed, and dried, restores brightness. The living finish will naturally return over the following weeks.

What to avoid: Bleach, ammonia, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged contact with standing water at the base.

Yes. The hook mounts with a single screw. For tile installation, use a tile drill bit and a wall plug — both standard hardware store items. The round backplate covers the plug completely for a clean finish.
