Warranty Policy
Last Updated: July 1, 2026At Antique Brass Moroccan, we are committed to crafting solid brass fixtures that stand the test of time. Every faucet, shower head, and brass sink is handmade by master Moroccan artisans in our Marrakesh workshop using techniques designed for lifetimes of service.

1. Warranty Coverage
We offer two tiers of warranty coverage on all our unlacquered brass fixtures:
- Lifetime Structural Warranty: We warrant that the solid brass bodies and structures of our faucets and sinks will remain free from structural leaks, cracks, and rust for as long as you own the product. Solid brass is naturally corrosion-resistant, guaranteeing its core material integrity for generations.
- 5-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty: We warrant all internal mechanical components — including ceramic disc cartridges, mixing valves, side sprayers, and internal O-rings — against functional failure and leaks for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery.
2. Exclusions (What is Not Covered)
As our products are raw, unlacquered living-finish fixtures handcrafted in Morocco, the following items are excluded from this warranty:
- Natural Patina & Aging: Unlacquered brass is a *living finish*. It is designed to oxidize, change color, and develop a rich patina over time. Fingerprints, water spots, and uneven tarnish are natural parts of this aging process and are not considered defects.
- Artisan Variations: Because every faucet is individually hand-hammered and hand-lathed, minor differences in engraving patterns, hammer markings, sizing tolerances (up to a few millimeters), and weight are expected, making each piece unique. These are signs of authenticity, not defects.
- Abrasive Chemical Cleaners: Raw brass reacts to acids and harsh chemicals. Damage caused by cleaning with abrasive pads, bleach, ammonia, commercial limescale removers, or acidic cleaning agents is excluded. (We recommend cleaning only with mild soap, warm water, and soft microfiber cloths).
- Installation Errors and Neglect: Damage caused during plumber installation, excessive in-line water pressure, lack of flushing lines prior to fitting, or using the fixture for purposes other than standard household use is excluded.
3. Claim Process
If you experience any issues with your fixture during the warranty period, initiating a claim is simple:
- Step 1: Contact Us: Email us at contact@antiquebrassmoroccan.com with your order details (order number, name, shipping address).
- Step 2: Describe the Issue: Provide a brief description of the problem, along with clear photographs or a short video demonstrating the leak, mechanical malfunction, or structural failure.
- Step 3: Evaluation: Our master craftsmen will evaluate the claim within 48 business hours to identify the root cause.
4. Warranty Resolutions
If a defect is verified and covered under our warranty terms, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement Parts: We will ship replacement parts (such as replacement ceramic cartridges, matching hot/cold handles, or fresh O-rings) with tracked international delivery at no cost.
- Complete Replacement: If the issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts (such as a body structural leak), we will forge, finish, and ship a brand-new replacement faucet or sink of the same model.
- Refund: In cases where a replacement is not available and repair parts cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a full or partial refund.
Please note that our warranty covers replacement parts and products only. We do not cover plumbing labor costs, water restoration fees, or other costs associated with removing, installing, or repairing our fixtures.
