1. Handmade and Natural Living Finish Disclaimer

At Antique Brass Moroccan, we pride ourselves on authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. Because our fixtures are handcrafted individually by master artisans in Marrakesh, you acknowledge and agree:

Hand-Hammered Nature: Minor variations in dimensions, hammer marks, engravings, and shape are natural characteristics of hand-hammered products, representing the unique sign of its maker. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
Unlacquered Living Finish: Our products are made of solid, raw unlacquered brass with no chemical coating. Your item will arrive with a bright golden tone but will naturally darken and develop a unique patina over time. The rate and appearance of this patina depend on your local humidity, water minerals, and frequency of contact.

2. Order Verification and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing discrepancies, or shipping restrictions to specific regions. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method immediately.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on our website are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

We accept secure credit card payments (processed securely via Stripe) and PayPal. By providing your payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping, Customs, and Import Duties

We offer free worldwide shipping on our faucets and brass accessories. Deliveries originate directly from our medina workshop in Marrakesh, Morocco.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are typically 7–14 business days. However, delays caused by international customs clearances, shipping carrier processing, or extreme weather are beyond our control.
Import Duties and Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for paying any local import duties, customs fees, VAT, or local taxes levied by their country of residence. We assist in this process by providing accurate documentation, but we cannot predict or calculate these regional custom charges.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our return guidelines.

Return Window: Unused and uninstalled products in their original packaging may be returned within the timeframe specified in our returns policy.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees to our workshop in Marrakesh, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly filled.
Warranty Limitations: Our solid brass products are exceptionally durable, but we cannot warrant against natural patina changes, damage from abrasive cleaning chemical products (like bleach or ammonia), or improper installation by unlicensed plumbers.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logo branding, product descriptions, photography assets, custom website code, and metadata, is the intellectual property of Antique Brass Moroccan LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of this site without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Antique Brass Moroccan, its master craftsmen, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to water leaks, plumbing damage, or installation complications. We strongly advise that all fixtures be installed by licensed plumbing professionals.
